COVID-19 shipping delay notice
Due to the overwhelming demand for delivery demand across the United States, and the modifications of our shipping partners to ensure the safety of their workforce and customers, customers should expect package delays in the foreseeable future. USPS posts are responding to unprecedented volumes of packages and suspending all service guarantees, including Express Post. Therefore, we cannot accurately estimate the arrival date of the package. Please use the tracking information provided to check online for the latest shipment information. At present, delays of days or even weeks are not uncommon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
How much is the shipping cost?
All orders in Europe receive free standard delivery for over €50.
- For orders below 50 Euro, pay for shipping costs of 7.99 Euro.
Calculated shipping costs
After entering the postal code on the ship, you can view the shipping costs for orders that do not meet the free shipping in the shopping cart.
*In continuous Europe, free shipping quotes are used for standard ground transportation for freight orders over €50. There may be some restrictions, and after entering the onboard postal code, be sure to check the shipping on the cart page.
How long does it take to deliver?
Standard shipping
- Order dispatch within 1-3 working days.
- Delivery time ranges from 15-20 Business days, depending on the destination.
For delivery of the standard to an APO/FPO/DPO address, please contact our team at HXOEAT@hotmail.com to place an order and get a custom shipping quote. Freight orders cannot be shipped to APO/FPO/DPO address.

Shipping & Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation and a second email after shipment. A tracking number will be provided when available.
We will notify you by email within 24 hours of order placement if the item is backed with the order and the estimated shipping date.
To cancel the order-back item, please contact customer service and we will try our best to prevent shipping. We will confirm your cancellation by phone or email.
